The facility that was in my area was always nasty. I’ve been trying to cancel for sometime now unsuccessfully reaching or having someone respond.

The facility that I was going to close to me no matter how many times I complained to the manager Nathan at the bathrooms were always masking among other things. Ive been trying to cancel for about three weeks now unsuccessfully receiving a call back or reaching somewhere I am unable to make it to the facility to do so, as I am too far away I would like to cancel my account please

Bad menagment and no maintenance in The bronx location

So your branch in the bronx is one of the worst maintained facilities iv ever seen every machine has at least 1 problem there is machines that have been broken since april the water fountain filters are on red.Benches have holes,Dumbells are missing like 90% of the time there is tradmills that sqeek like crazy,they keep operating machines that are broken like the *** smith the pin for the locking mechanism was snapped in half and they still let people use it 2 guys has to send the weight all the way to the ground bcs they couldent lock it.And everyone keeps making complaints but noone does anything.

La Fitness - No one answered the phone

My sons $2500 bike was stolen from LA fitness St. Louis Park yesterday and no one at all within the facility knows anything about anything the kid I talk to you last night didnt even know if there were cameras.

The manager is gone for a week and no one is in charge at all and no one there knows anything not even a number to call to reach headquarters.

They also said that they have been requesting cameras because theres been two arsons in the past few months and numerous property theft and damages. Is this the way that you treat your patrons is this the way that you respect their property and protect their property well in your facility?!!

Billing not canceled when resigned

I resigned my training contract at the club where I joined with the training manager and I am still being billed when the contract ended, which was in June 2022. It is not October 2022. There is no one available to speak with and I am going to contact corporate for a full refund.

I took my two kids for one time service last year and never realized they had signed me up for reoccurring service. Couple of weeks ago I realized som $10.00 charges in my account . Despite the fact that my kids never again set their foot there they were still charging. Now they refuse to give me my refund.

Filthy women locker room

Ive spoken twice to the female at the Long Beach, off Downey location. The women shower is filthy.

The first time I was very polite about it, but she made a lot of excuses. That first time, when I noticed that the shower area and I mean every stall had clumps of hair that was left from the night before. When I went in the morning it was still there. So I called the front desk, as their sign would suggest we do if it needs cleaning.

A female answer and would send someone. About two hours later. No one came to clean. I spoke to the female manager and she made excuses that it was clean, but someone else dirty it.

That is not the case.

Again, tonight the same thing happened when I spoke to this manager. I called and spoke to a guy and he said he try to get someone out there to clean the shower. About thirty minutes into my swim, and while I was still in the pool I see the cleaning lady in the gym area. When I was done, exactly an hour and 15 minutes later, the hair, mask, and hair cap that was left on the scattered either in the shower stall or floor was exactly where it was.

Now I wish I could tell you that was left by another group of ladies, but it wasnt.

So I tell the same manager and she told me they do have someone cleaning it and the mess must be from other guest. I told her it was not.

She brush me off and while she was speaking to me, new guest arrived and she started scanning people in while a gym associate sitting right next to her , who was hearing the entire conversation was using her phone.

Now a serious manager with any professionalism would have ask the other person to take over and ask me to step a side so we can have a conversation.

She did not care about my frustration and just wanted me to leave. This what really upset me more about than anything else.

It’s the women’s shower, a female answered, someone else dirtied it, he would try, that were left, she brushed me off, would have asked, this is what. You sound like total garbage and a ranting hooked on Ebonics illiterate lunatic. Do everyone a favor and stay home.

Charged for personal training I didn’t use

Im calling in regards to a charge for 770 for personal training . A few days after I signed up & after lots of frustration getting sessions scheduled I tried to cancel my membership & get a refund. No response from LAF. When I went into the club I was told I had to talk to a manger. None were available. Went back next day same story . I disputed on my card but then yall rebilled . I have since tried to call numerous times to get you to provide the service but nothing if youre gonna charge me how can I get the service ?

No help being a customer I feel my money is taken and not given the service promised in the beginning when I signed up. Trapped in membership and my money is being taken and when I have an issue I am being treated unfair, rude and no option but to pay a service that is not as promised as a customer. We need to change this as we are in 2022 and we expect better quality as payments are not low.
