Racial discrimination at the south conduit location by manager Jonathan
I started my membership today. While in the gym attempting to operate a machine I realized there was no pin for the weights.
I went to the front desk where I was met by a manager by the name of Johnathan who was extremely rude, disrespectful, sexist and racist. After asking for a pin he rolled his eyes and stated that other gym goers have stolen the pins. He handed me a pin with a snarky attitude and I returned to my machine. This is when I discovered the pin he gave me was the wrong size, when I returned to the front desk stating I am a medically retired veteran who as a member of this gym has paid for the right to utilize the machines in this facility.
He snapped back well I was in the marines and theres nothing I can do because people are stealing the pins. He expressed no desire to assist or manage the gym in which his position mandates he does.
As the manager of the gym he displayed no problem resolution, elevated the situation with his demeanor and attitude as well as offending the other employees at the front desk who repeatedly apologized under their breathe for his actions and tone. Moving forward for the sake of not only myself but also the well-being of the other gym member who pay their fees this manager should removed from the front desk area if not this position entirely.

I have been a member for several years with your company and I've noticed that faculties in the more "affluent communities" are never down for an extended period of time like they are in the lesser communities. I might remind you that we all pay the same monthly fees.
It is a major inconvenience to travel to an area out of my area just to use the jacuzzi. The one at Covington Hwy in Decatur GA. has been down for more than a month. This is unacceptable and I'd like to request a refund or reimbursement of gas to travel to faculties 15 miles away from my club.
I would like to speak with someone regarding this continuing issue with your company. Please contact me today.

Personal Training Disapointment
On August 2, 2023 I signed up for personal training at the Naples Florida Location. Was told by Mgmt the trainer would be calling me in a day or two.
On Monday August 7 I asked management when the trainer would be contacting me? Mgr asked for my phone number and stated he will have the trainer call me. Today August 16 i approached the Mgr and told him it has been over 2 weeks since i signed up and still haven't been contacted. Mgr said he would have the trainer call me tomorrow.
I stated, No. please refund my credit card for the full amount. The only time i am talked to about the trainer is when I say something. Please refund the credit card.
The manager stated "THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN". I don't believe its LA Fitness policy to make commitments, take the clients money, then not fulfill those commitments? Mgr stated that the agreement doesn't have a time line on it.
All I want is the money paid refunded to the credit card and to forget the experience. Anything less will cause my wife and I to cancel our gym membership and file complaints with the BBB as well as our Credit Card company.

Well, I guess you can try another Gym, but they will do something that you do not like and then you will once again make a huge fool of yourself and claim "racial profiling" Maybe you are the one that thinks your people are the ones stealing. Anyways since the profiling is all in your head you are NOT entitled to a refund.
Oh please. YOU ARE NOT BEING PROFILED. You are obviously just ashamed of being your culture.
