La Fitness - Billing
Somewhere around March or April, I attempted to go into my account to update my credit card for payment and was unable to access b/c billing had been frozen due to COVID.. I was told that once the buildings opened back up for business I would receive and email so that I can update it..
I never received an email. Someone from CS said that they attempted to call me in July but I never received a call and/or spoke to anyone during that time.. I tried to log in a couple of days ago b/c I hadn't heard from anyone only to find that now my account has been revoked. I spoke with a manager in the Waldorf office yesterday who said because I had been with you over 20 years you all should be able to take care of it.
I've actually been with you all for 35.. I joined as Holiday Spa in the 80's. I absolutely do not wish to have a new account created. I want my grandfathered accounted reinstated so that I can continue with the account I have.
I'm positive you all can do something to make this happen.. I'm waiting to hear back from someone today so I can close this matter.
