Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I walked in today Jan 19th, 2023 around 2:15. I was there at the gym for information, mainly pricing.

So I walked to counter and was greeted by a desk attendant, who told me in-order for me to find out about pricing I had to fill out a piece of paper. I told the individual that i just want pricing. He then directed to a female sales associate. This person had a problem with do to the fact I didn't want to sigh a piece of paper.

Her first words were did you fill out a piece of paper (I know she just heard the conversation between me and the desk attended). So I had to tell her no twice, which she made it seem as if I was bothering her. Her whole punch line to sell me the membership was absolutely horrible. I say this because I used to work for a gym.

When she was explaining the pricing (finally) it seemed like she was trying to sell me the expensive one when I specified that it was just for me and I only wanted access to one club. As well as I literally live 3 minutes away and was just looking for a new place. As I was leaving the Sales Associate mumbled under her breath, so I directly asked her "do you have something to say", she said have a nice day. The point is I have gone to gyms all over Cypress, Katy, and Houston in general.

I have never been treated in such a manner just because I just want pricing. I am letting everyone in my gym community to steer clear of this place.

If you go to the Highland Village location watch out. Ensure you're paying for one membership not 2. I just found out I have been charged twice since October 2023. That's about 180 dollars that they have been charging my credit card and I will be canceling the membership permanently tomorrow first thing in the morning! Total Scam and I will be doing more reviews like this and posting this on social media.

Instructor always is late all the time at Howell gym especially this morning she come in 10 after nine she checked in and she check out.the class supposed start at 8:30 in the morning not quarter after nine. There was nobody there she left and shes always late in the morning nights every time shes late I dont understand. Why did she get fired? Her name is Wehmar. Really bad experience. One of the workers convinced me to get a personal trainer, by using a bunch of lies. At the end i got a gym membership n a personal trainer . By the time i start going to the gym there were no personal trainers n the only one was always booked.

Please provide rules on how to take dry sauna in West Palm Beach LA Fitness center. People come to sauna after working out in their sports close wearing sneakers. All that sweat makes it impossible get the most out of sauna. The manager Dazz in WPB location is not educated and does not know the difference between dry sauna and steam room. Freezing temperatures in men’s locker room

Freezing temp. In mens locker room. Talked to site manager, she said they are working on it it has been 4 months now. I fought pneumonia, it took me 2 months to heel and cold and I am sitting home for 4 days. 4 o my friends moved to another location. But I cannot do it due to my restricted membership. No attendant on the pool , too. I saw people trying to learn without any life saver or cough ???

Concerned about illness due to the filthy conditions with the air vents dirty, mold in showers, lockers never wiped down and mold in pool water vents.

I am a member of the Stoneham Ma club, I have several issues: the pool has been closed for at least 6 months, the sauna hasn't worked in over 3 weeks and the shower and bathroom areas are filthy. My wife hasn't been able to go due to the pool closure to help with her broken foot. Very discouraged with the club.

Horrible Customer Servide

I went into your branch in Rahway and there was no one at the front desk but 3 employees were chit chatting and joking around by the desks on the left. They saw me and tried to ignore me, I proceeded to approach them to ask for assistance.

A young lady named Jessica basically told them to ignore me. But one of the gentlemen there ignored her and came up to me and asked. I explained I needed yo cancel my memebership(which that is another issue I have) they needed yo contact the operations manager per what the girl names Jessica said. Her attitude was disgusting towards me as a paying me never of your location and she proceeded to ignore me.

Once the manager came out she claimed I was yelling at her. I requested that if they have cameras to look at the footage because in no moment did I yell at her.

She is extremely unprofessional and as a business owner myself I would fire someone like this in a minute. I request you look at the footage of your Rahway gym today at 2:30pm and see all that happened.

Poor service

La Fitness - Poor service
I go to the LA fitness in Bridgeview Illinois and they have a bench that has been broken for the past three months. Nobody has fixed. It does not have a sign say is out of order totally broken and it's easy for somebody to this trip and fall over it, I brought it to the attention of the people in the front, and they act like OK will take care of it but nothing has been done. How long can I possibly take to get something fixed? It's only a matter of time before somebody *** gets hurt then you can have a bigger problem.

This seems to be a nation wide trend I live in New York and this seems to be a problem in all facilities around here as well as not being properly cleaned..I have had conversations with others members from other states we all feel the same about LA fitness

I received a guest pass through my email through the exact same information. I always used to my register phone number that I always use I came.

They called my phone stopped me. I came to the location from my home. Use my gas when I got to the location. The guy tried to sell me the membership and then did not let me explore the facility.

He told me that I had to get out of the facility. He actually try to kick me out of the facility until I threaten to call the police.

I am waiting on the police to arrive. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a workout facility or LA fitness in my life.

El que se se encuentra en Flamingo Road está demasiado sucio hice un reclamo de una manera educada y simplemente me dijeron que los fines de semana no tenían personal y que me fuera a otro gimnasio aparte de sucio el personal que labora allí son extremadamente groseros e ineptos si estamos en un gimnasio eso debe tener calidad en la limpieza el piso extremadamente sucio pelos por todas partes y las rejillas del aire acondicionado sucias que caen las burbujas eso quiere decir que uno mismo está respirando esa suciedad
