Unsatisfactory Customer Service
I walked in today Jan 19th, 2023 around 2:15. I was there at the gym for information, mainly pricing.
So I walked to counter and was greeted by a desk attendant, who told me in-order for me to find out about pricing I had to fill out a piece of paper. I told the individual that i just want pricing. He then directed to a female sales associate. This person had a problem with do to the fact I didn't want to sigh a piece of paper.
Her first words were did you fill out a piece of paper (I know she just heard the conversation between me and the desk attended). So I had to tell her no twice, which she made it seem as if I was bothering her. Her whole punch line to sell me the membership was absolutely horrible. I say this because I used to work for a gym.
When she was explaining the pricing (finally) it seemed like she was trying to sell me the expensive one when I specified that it was just for me and I only wanted access to one club. As well as I literally live 3 minutes away and was just looking for a new place. As I was leaving the Sales Associate mumbled under her breath, so I directly asked her "do you have something to say", she said have a nice day. The point is I have gone to gyms all over Cypress, Katy, and Houston in general.
I have never been treated in such a manner just because I just want pricing. I am letting everyone in my gym community to steer clear of this place.

Freezing temperatures in men’s locker room

I went into your branch in Rahway and there was no one at the front desk but 3 employees were chit chatting and joking around by the desks on the left. They saw me and tried to ignore me, I proceeded to approach them to ask for assistance.
A young lady named Jessica basically told them to ignore me. But one of the gentlemen there ignored her and came up to me and asked. I explained I needed yo cancel my memebership(which that is another issue I have) they needed yo contact the operations manager per what the girl names Jessica said. Her attitude was disgusting towards me as a paying me never of your location and she proceeded to ignore me.
Once the manager came out she claimed I was yelling at her. I requested that if they have cameras to look at the footage because in no moment did I yell at her.
She is extremely unprofessional and as a business owner myself I would fire someone like this in a minute. I request you look at the footage of your Rahway gym today at 2:30pm and see all that happened.

Discrimination
I received a guest pass through my email through the exact same information. I always used to my register phone number that I always use I came.
They called my phone stopped me. I came to the location from my home. Use my gas when I got to the location. The guy tried to sell me the membership and then did not let me explore the facility.
He told me that I had to get out of the facility. He actually try to kick me out of the facility until I threaten to call the police.
I am waiting on the police to arrive. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a workout facility or LA fitness in my life.

This seems to be a nation wide trend I live in New York and this seems to be a problem in all facilities around here as well as not being properly cleaned..I have had conversations with others members from other states we all feel the same about LA fitness
