La Fitness Customer Service Reviews
I purchased a package of personal training sessions from XSport, which was later acquired by LA Fitness. Despite being told that my sessions would be valid for a year, I was denied access to them after the transition.
Customer service has been unhelpful, with rude representatives and no clear explanation for why my sessions are no longer honored. I even have proof from the LA Fitness app showing I had outstanding sessions that should have been available. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, LA Fitness still refuses to provide the services I paid for or offer any compensation.
I feel they have acted in bad faith, and I am asking for either a refund or a replacement of the sessions. It's disappointing to see such a lack of accountability from a gym I've trusted for years.
LA Fitness HQ needs to return the call. LA Fitness needs to call back customers.
This is unprofessional. Poor customer service.
