A Chinese girl at the front desk was trying to explain how she was scammed by the salesperson to sign her 3 year contract. She seemed to have English language limitation to deal with the fitness staff named Rubin; I helped her asked membership related questions.
I was roared and halted by Rubin and were asked to step aside and take a seat.
Disrespect, discriminating, and rudeness is what I get after paying my dues all these years. THANKS Rubin helped me with my final cancellation decision and I WILL NEVER sign up with LA Fitness again in my life.
