Horrible, horrible experience. I've been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for 13 years; I relocated to Bellevue and had to go with LA Fitness because they had a pool. BIG mistake. They drafted incorrect amounts from my checking account and then refused to help me sort it out; there was zero ownership at club level.

I then called corporate, who literally HUNG UP ON ME. If this is how they treat customers with problems, I can't imagine how they're surviving. Ultimately, my problem wasn't solved and will have to go through my bank to dispute the EFT draft.

Makes me sad--the facilities actually looked okay--really, really bad experience with the customer service and ops folks, however.
