I paid my yearly dues at www.lafitness.com The site processed the payment twice. I tried to get a refund both locally and through their customer service.

Big runaround, so I went to my bank. They reversed the charges, now LA Fitness has re-charged my account claiming that their computer glitch is my problem. I will deal with this through my bank by disputing the charge yet again.

The reason I pay by the year is to avoid this type of problem. I have been a loyal customer at LA Fitness for years, what ever happened to honesty and decent customer service?
