Canceled my membership last week, but was still charged this week. When I tried to talk to front desk person that I accually canceled it with, he said I was lying...by the way my daughter was with me when I canceled, I asked to speak to the manager, she arrived totally on the defensive, said and I quote, my staff doesn't lie, so you must be...

Really!!!!! The worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!! The manager also said, do I need to call the police, are we going to have a problem here? So you can't even have a conversation with these people without being threatened.....

Still in shock that a company that large hires such idiots!!

I canceled my credit card that was on file and disputed the charges, I don't trust these lying bunch of $&@&$.

I couldn't agree more. I do customer service for a living and am appalled - they are worse than AT&T and that's saying something!
