I signed up for personal training classes with the good intention of working out and getting in shape. 4 days after i signed up i was given a contract which required for me to work late for a period of 5 months.

I went back to LA to cancel the contract or change it to something else, put it on hold etc, and they told me i only had 3 days to cancel after i signed even though i had not taken my first class yet. they said it cannot be cancelled and they will bill my credit card 50% if i really wanted out = $1200. bad business. i do not recommend anyone to sign up for personal training unless they know they are 100% committed have the time and money.

i could have cared less about the down payment but losing 50% is outrageous.
