I am a new LA Fitness member and I am shocked at their lack of customer service. On my first week at LA Fitess I was Harrased my the lead trainer Kiante Trip for working out with a friend.
He agressively told me with out warning that I must leave the gym because I was training. I tried to explained that I was not training and was simply working out with a friend, but he would not listen and said I have five minutes to leave. I complained to general manager Gregory A. that I was being unfairly treated and that there was no reason why I should be kicked out of the gym.
Gregory was just as rude as Kiante. So I asked to cancel my membership. They seemed egar to do so.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a major franchise. I felt harrassed and that my membership did not matter.
