Moved from Dallas to Denver in 7/2016. Went directly to counter to cancel my membership because I was moving and there is not a location in Colorado. Front desk clerk accepted my key scanner and told me she would take care of it. Now late October while looking through my statements I see a deduction of membership. I call immediately and they tell me a manager will call me back. Never happened. Called back 11/1/2016 and a "manager" tells me that it's too bad but without confirmation that I turned in my key that they have to cancel it. I tell him I can prove to you when I moved. But kept cutting me off saying its their policy. Now I have to mail in the cancelation paper and be out that membership money.
I am very upset.
