On my second day of membership as I was doing laps in the pool I was suddenly stopped when my arm got caught in the lane rope nearly dislocating my shoulder. Here they were taking all the lanes out for the "Water Liilies" class.

They would not leave any lanes open for lap swimming. They didn't tell me this when I joined. I complained to the manager and all I got was "sorry but I can't help you!". They never told me this when I joined.

They have this class 5 days a week right at the time I can use the gym.

I only joined it because of the Pool, which I now can't use unless I change my work schedule. Sincerley, Dissatisfied customer.

I had a very similar conversation with the manager in Monroeville. Must be a problem since we both got almost the same speech!!

I left my name and number at the front desk and told the girl there that I was canceling my membership and the manager could call me if he cared.

No call yet. I will keep you updated.
