I tried do get some membership information on the phone and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. Why couldn't they just give me an idea of cost?

The sales rep said I had to come in to the location because they had 15 different pricing structures they could offer me and could only present them in person. Really?? 15?? I understand that sales people get commission.

However, not having any information up front did not entice me to visit LA Fitness. I was considering this club and 3 others for my employee group of 15.

The other ones were upfront with their costs, so we will be joining a club other than LA Fitness. Epic loss, LAF.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Don't go there. Once you get in, you would have hard time to get out.
