When I signed up for personal training I was told it was a 12-month contract. Three months after the contract was supposed to expire they continue to take money out of my account. It's *** near impossible to get anyone either at the local club or at corporate to help. I've been lied to, put on hold for twenty minutes and given the run-around about why they can't refund the over payments. I've talked to five different people all of who claim no responsibility and no ability to help.
This is definitely a "buyer beware" situation. My advice is to find a local gym where they keep their word and have local employees who are willing and able to help resolve problems.
Congratulations LA Fitness, you've fleeced me out of $600. I hope it's worth it to you.
