This complaint is against the sales staff in LA Fitness. When i was joining the gym the sales staff were pushy and trying to sell me a membership, very hard.
Eventually i did get a month to month membership, but later in the week i found out i could only cancel it without a PENALTY FEE if i moved more than 15 miles from the gym. I also bought some personal training. 6 sessions or that is what they told me to my face. Turns out it was only going to be 3 sessions.
when I asked about my 3 other sessions, the head trainer said i was going to have to talk to corporate office to get the 3 other sessions. I did call, but never did receive them.
