Hello customer service ,

I belong to LA fitness in Aurora/ East Gwillimbury in York Region, Ontario


Yesterday I was rushed to get change as I was late for my cycling exercise at 9:15 AM . I inadvertently used unlocked locker with a small sweater with car keys inside. I saw a note when I was finished on my routine to see front desk manager. I asked the manager that yes it was my mistake and didn't see the sweater. He said that the customer was rushing to go home, I told him yes I realized that it was my mistake. I told him that he could at least use intercom/ paging system as I always use same locker if not occupied.

His response was that yes I'm the manager here and next time check the locker before using it and he left.

I love LA fitness and not a reason for me and my wife to cancel our membership.

*** We are paying customers and doesn't need an attitude problem after enjoying our work out.
