I was a member of LA FITNESS signature club in houston so i may be able to attend all clubs. Last month I went to the club I usually in my neighboorhood. At the end of one of my fitness session, my parking pass wouldnt let me out of the garage. I waled a long way to go back to the club to inquire why after validation my pass is not working.

Two(2) associate at the desk werent able to tell me why; instead they directed me to the building parking office.There I was explained that if I stay over 2 hours i would have to pay for parking and the charged me for $6.

I was never explained that when I enrolled and never had this issue of staying over 2hours;That day I was going to work after working out so It takes me of course longer to get ready mostly if I have used the pool I would need to dry my hair and style it.

I came back to the club lobby after walking another distance again in the heat. I asked to speak for a manager just to tell them that:

1. they need to better inform their customer

2.They mostly need to train their associates so they know whats going that way they can be a better use to the customer.

One of the store associate went to get the manager, as he was coming I could tell that he was being informed by the associate of the probleme I had. He stopped 1o feet away from me talking to the store associate and returned back to his office.

The associate came to me what the store manager said.

HE DIDNT BOTHER TALKING TO ME AND TO ME THIS IS THE REASON WHY THE ASSOSIATES PERFORM SO POORLY.
