I have attempted to contact the manager at the location, spoke with Sales and Operations managers both of whom promised I would be contacted but I have heard nothing..In a nutshell, arrived at location, signed up for membership for (2) but only (1) name was allowed, toured facility, pool was questionably unclean, was passed off for a consult by a Personal Trainer, who sat across from us with her legs up & spread eagle, called her family morbidly obese. We felt trapped in a bad infomercial, she asked invasive improper questions, told us cardio was a waste of time and they're much better than the YMCA.

NOT! Cancelled same day.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $61.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
