Hey Folks, I signed Personal Training Agreement on 01/16/2017 at 755 Brookhaven Ave, Atlanta , Georgia, LAFitness Club. On 01/24/2017 I called to cancel this contract by phone.
I eventually went in person on 01/27/2017 to talk to Management to cancel contract, and signed letter at that time, to cancel. I've only shown up for one appointment because of health issues, and I can't remember to keep appointments. So far I have been charged $929 in two months. I've talked to management , filed a dispute with bank, without success in cancelling contract.
I am 64 years old and like to do business in person. I could use some help in sorting this out.
