Technical issue with app.

I went to voicemail, so I didn't get any assistance with fixing my app problem. The app is defaulting to an old e-mail address and won't let me change it.

The free pass is a scam. You get in and then try pressure you to sign up and never showed contract or receipt. Then charged you double and you cant get out of it!

Nothing-needed in return- but if someone knows that it is related the law enforcement should be contacted. I didn't don't lose any money because I didn't trust it but at least the gym looked normal and that was the pro that wasn't able to be put there in the slot or the space

The woman was friendly with me and gave a tour she was talking a bit fast but that might be her style, I thought she gets a good review for trying to capture my interest and sign me up , however I did continually mention why is the gym trying to sign me up because they promised just at 3-day guest pass and why can't I do it without credit card details being handed over(the guest pass) she then offered to waive that I would have to sign up upon activating the guest pass; but I couldn't help but believe that that was a strange policy from the gym-and that they would try to do something else unusual with me---(unappreciating me that I just wanted to check it out) I looked into it ; into everything that I had consented to with the guest pass and that was not there that I would have to give my credit card details only to have a guest pass; I told her no need to do anything special for me and I will just leave and not do the guest pass because the gym did tell you that I would need to sign up with LA fitness to only have the 3-day guest pass and then I would have to cancel if I don't want to keep my membership. I didn't trust it at that point so I walked... After this the lady tried to attack me up the road and she was in a gray hoodie and she looked Hispanic with light brownish hair and I thought it might be related but I wasn't sure...

I am writing to share my recent experience with your staff, which left me feeling very disappointed. As a long-time admirer of LA Fitness, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and customer care.

Recently, I called to inquire about promotions I had seen on Groupon, as well as potential birthday offers since my birthday falls on September 26th.

Unfortunately, the representative on the phone told me they could not provide any details and insisted I visit in person. During the call, I was also placed on hold for about ten minutes without proper communication.

When I visited the club in person, I experienced further frustration. Despite several staff members being available, I was asked to wait unnecessarily, and when I inquired about how long it might take, I was told, we dont know, maybe more than five minutes, in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional. The responses were neither polite nor helpful, which left me feeling disrespected and very discouraged.

I have always believed LA Fitness to be among the best gyms, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

Excellent customer service is just as important as the facilities, and unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect the high standards I expected.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as I truly value what LA Fitness offers. I would also greatly appreciate if you could extend a gesture of goodwillperhaps a special membership deal or promotional considerationto restore my confidence in LA Fitness and show that you care about your members.

This is regarding the LA Fitness on Cooper Creek University Park in Sarasota, Florida:

I have given this club 5 STARS in the past. Most staff is nice, it is clean, good amenities, and what I like most is- as long as you finish working out before closing time, they give you a a few minutes to finish changing and get out of there.

This is better compared to the other LA fitnesses. But today they were rushing people like farm animals. Very annoying. The new girl with the afro yelled into the mens bathroom in a very loud and abusive manner, very loud angry and mean.

If it had been a male employee yelling into a female locker room like that it would have been seen as abusive. This is a new employee as well please learn some respect

I am more concerned about them allowing someone under the age of 18 work that late rather than the rudeness. Not that she was rude. She was just doing her job.

Their closing time means your business is finished. At X:59:59 you are out the door as X:00:00 strikes.

The employee’s starting time isn’t arbitrary and neither should her quitting time be. Would you extend her the same courtesy if she was dropping off her child at daycare ?

Of course not. If she was the opening employee you’d expect 5am or whatever time they open.

Local desk guy with a very aggressive attitude. Rude and threading me

He yelled me and he said it doesnt matter if Im a 12-13 plus years membership. I have a 2 Guest privilege to go in with me.

I really need you take care of this situation.

He wants me to check I every single time foreach of my guests. And he asked in a super imperative tone like he was doing me a favor

He said this gym belong to him.

There are too many gyms in this area to choose from.

Im here because I a loyal customer and I like it. But with this guy in front desk, fr sure I wont renewel my membership

Thanks for your attention and I really hope you make some changes for tomorrow.

Josh should not have to remind you that EVERY time you bring a guest, you must accompany them to the front desk. EVERY time.

I’m betting you got complacent over time and think the rules don’t apply to you/guest. And now you don’t like the reprimand.

Oh and proofread before you post next time. It’s horribly written.

I have been a member of LA Fitness in Collegeville since it opened there 16 years ago. I have been doing the Spin Classes ask this time. Now they want to cancel all the Spin Classes.

Spin class elimination

LA Fitness has cancelled most of its spin classes in the surrounding area where I live. King of Prussia, Broomall, and Pottstown are all gone.

The only one is now in Collegeville, PA. I have been going to this location for the past 4-5 years solely for this.

If this class is eliminated, my compatriots and I will cancel our subscriptions as there is no reason to be here any longer. Please do not cancel Spin at Collegeville!

They charged me more money and gave me a worse membership

Just before esporta was upgrading to include all LA Fitness locations, the manager at Glendale LA Fitness so-called upgraded me to include LA Fitness as well, which was about to happen automatically to all Estporta customers anyway.

The problem is, I did not need the upgrade. And they charged me more money.

And they reduced my benefits. Before I had unlimited friends I could bring, now Im not allowed to bring anyone else.

She said I could go back to the other membership anytime.

When calling back, they said they would look into it. And they never given me a call back.
