Re: Letter of Intent to Sue in the New York State Supreme Court, Western District of New York, and Small Claims Court in Erie County shall serve as your formal notice for Defamation, slander, libel, Due process of law, Right of privacy and misconduct by Brandi Williams

This letter shall be your formal notice against Brandi Williams District Operations Manager for LA FITNESS to REVOKED membership of Shane Christopher in violation of civil rights matters arising under the United States Constitution (including the First, Second, Fourth, and Eighth Amendments) and federal, state, and local laws, including 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Federal Torts Claim Act (FTCA), Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the New York State Civil Rights Law, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law. In this breach-of-contract lawsuit case.SWORN AFFIDAVIT Shane-Christopher, being duly sworn, deposes and says:1. I, Shane-Christopher pursuant to Title 28 U.S.C. (subsection) 1746, hereby affirms and submits this Affidavit of Facts that Brandi Williams without proper notice nor any legal authorityin a racially derogatory and discriminatory matter revoke his membership without consent from Shane Christopher.2. I, Shane Christopher did not consent to have membership revoke by Brandi Williams. She is involved in a Breach of Contract by LA FITNESS unjustifiable failure to perform terms of a contract. Where Brandi William for LA FITNESS revoked membership without standing and discriminatory views based on his views where racially motivated on February 23, 2016.3. What is Breach of Contract? Among the most common causes for lawsuits in the U.S., breach of contract occurs in many ways. The law offers a variety of remedies for each such breach, designed to make the injured party whole. Court-ordered remedies for breach of contract cases are not meant to punish the breaching party, but to return the injured party to the position he would be in if the breach had not occurred.4. In the event you wish to resolve and settle this matter prior to legal proceedings, being commenced against you in your private and public capacity based on the above statement. See Hawkins v. McGee, 84 N.H. 114, 146 A. 641 (1929)Plaintiff entered into a contract with defendant, a surgeon, to remove a section of tissue from plaintiff’s chest and graft it in replacement of scar tissue on the palm of plaintiff’s right hand. Plaintiff alleges that defendant at some point guaranteed that he would "make the hand... a hundred percent good hand". The jury was instructed to consider two elements of damage: (1) pain and suffering due to the operation, and (2) positive ill effects of the operation. Held the defendant owes the plaintiff the difference in value between a "hundred percent good hand" and the hand in its present condition. The jury instructions were therefore incorrect. The measure of damages is the difference between the value of the item with the warranty, had it been true, and the actual condition of the item at the time of sale, and other damages as could be reasonably anticipated as likely to be caused by lack of performance.

Breach of contract- No meeting of the minds.

1.) A contract existed2.) The contract was broken3.) The defendant is the proper party to sue, and4.) You suffered a monetary loss.

Parker v. Twentieth Century-Fox Film Corp. (1970)

Parker was awarded the entire amount of a breached acting contract, even though she turned down a similar contract Fox had offered her in its place for acting in another film of a different genre in a different location with slightly different provisions.Hancock v. Northcut (1991)A contract for building a house is not sufficiently concerned with emotional well-being that a breach could bring about emotional disturbance damages.

5. Shane Christopher seeks unspecified punitive damages, damages for emotional distress and pain and suffering, and litigation costs. He is demanding a jury trial. See the federal case number is 2:12-CV-01831-PD. Shane Christopher has engaged in conduct that has interfered with right of free speech in violation of the Civil Rights Act for his support of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump against WORLD GOVERNMENT.

Louis Farrakhan Supports Trump:

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan praised GOP frontrunner Donald Trump on several issues, including Trump’s plan to limit Muslims entering the U.S. from war-torn countries without proper vetting."So when Mr. Trump said we can’t allow these Muslim refugees into America, a lot of people were upset with him, but I know the hatred for America in the Muslim world is building," he said during a recent interview with Alex Jones. "So in this way I think Mr. Trump is wise to vet anyone coming from that area into America because the hatred for America is in the streets now."Farrakhan also said he understood why Trump is so popular: people are sick of establishment politicians."They parade themselves before rich and powerful people to get money apparently for their ideas that the rich agree with, but the moment that they become what they’re looking to become they find that the rich have an agenda for them, that the rich have something to ask of them like the john asks of the ***," he said, pointing out that Trump was the one who said "I don’t want your money.""And when a politician does not want money from the rich, he’s freer than the others to really do good for the masses of the people, and I think that today we’re in the midst of the darkest hour in American history and so if we don’t make the right move with the right people at the right time, the America that we know we’re not going to see it become great again."http://www.infowars.com/louis-farrakhan-supports-trump/Donald Trump Says He Is the ‘One Person’ Hillary Clinton Doesn’t Want to Run Against!6. Shane Christopher signs the contract with LA FITNESS WITHOUT RECOURSE and ALL RIGHTS RESERVED UCC 1-308 waving none. Brandi Williams revoked Shane Christopher without consent or any valid reason.7. Fundamental breaches also often end up in court, as this kind of violation allows the aggrieved individual to stop performance of the contract and sue for damages. For example, if you signed a lease for a new apartment, but showed up on moving day only to find someone else living there, your landlord is in fundamental breach of the lease contract. You could sue for damages and to make him rent the apartment to you under the original agreement just like in this matter with LA FITNESS.8.
