I was tricked to upgrade towards the end of my training contract with the promise that I will be able to use my remaining session after my contract has ended. The training manager even pointed to his computer screen ensuring me that there is no expiration date.
A week later, the expiration date suddenly appears and they ask me to pay $40 more to use the remaining 36 (PAID) sessions! on top of that, not only he did not acknowledge his mistake, he left mid conversation saying "I dont have time for this".
This happened in Kelsey Creek Branch in Bellevue, WA. Training manager is Michael.
