I simply walked in to find out the cost of membership. Was told by female at front desk that she needed my name and number before I could talk with someone.
Whats up with that? They dont need personal information for a potential client to find out the cost. No flyers or information posted. I got into argument with the female and asked for manager.
She finally went got someone and then whispered to him what was going on right in front of me. he was as rude as she was.
Very poor customer service. Needless to say I will not joining.
